📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the cash register and related equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds as needed.
