📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Reporting to the Department Head and participating in strategic planning,Managing departmental budget and resources,Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of HR management and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus,Familiarity with HR software and tools
