Bidang Wati Store is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an immediate opportunity, so if you are ready to take on this challenge, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure they are up-to-date,Handle fuel and expense claims for the fleet,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the fleet,Provide reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
