As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
