📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and perform audits.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations.
