Bay Diamond Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Training Officer to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in training and development to kickstart their career in a growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, as well as providing support to the Training and Development team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs.

  • Support the Training and Development team in conducting training sessions and workshops.
    • ,
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.

  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.

  • Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.

  • Assist in the development of training budgets and reports.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

  • Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in training and development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of training and development principles and practices.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
