📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for the banquet events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance the banquet experience.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote banquet events and attract guests.,Monitor banquet budgets, ensuring all events are conducted within the allocated budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and teams.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using banquet management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
