📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transactions,Promote a positive and professional work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role,Proven track record in managing cashier operations,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of cash handling and inventory management,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good organizational and problem-solving skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
