Smart Web Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the procurement process from request to delivery, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our materials and services.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment to meet production demands.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
