📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the call centre team, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve call centre performance and efficiency.,Drive cross-selling initiatives to increase customer retention and revenue.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and cross-selling.,Provide training and coaching to call centre agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across all channels.,Maintain and improve customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and cross-selling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, call centre management, or cross-selling roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing a call centre team and driving cross-selling initiatives.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
