In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the finance team. This is an urgent hiring, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports on a timely basis.,Process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
