📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic air freight procurement plans to optimize costs and service levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with air cargo suppliers and carriers.
• Manage end-to-end air freight operations, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
• Leverage data analytics and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific air freight needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with air cargo regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight procurement and logistics.
• Proven track record in managing air cargo operations and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with air freight software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
