📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Lead and participate in training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a financial institution or related industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of financial products and services offered by the bank.,Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.,Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
