📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Support the production manager in implementing new processes and technologies.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the production manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production-related role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work overtime when necessary.,High school diploma or equivalent.
