📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring doctors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage the clinic's marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients.
  • Ensure the clinic's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and up-to-date.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and technology is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
