Crown Tech Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Banyumas. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on our machinery and equipment. You will also troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues or breakdowns that occur.
  • Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before they cause downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
