📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Respond to and resolve IT-related issues and requests in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
