Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.,Conducting and supervising various laboratory tests and analyses.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.,Mentoring and training junior lab technicians.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in leading a team.,Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
