📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.,Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate supplies for production.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
