📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.,Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Certified tax professional (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
