📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successful sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and management best practices.,Understanding of POS systems and inventory management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
