PT Wira Jaya is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping employees grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide tailored training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
