📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources to control costs.,Participate in menu development and innovation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.,Valid cooking license and food handler's certificate.
