🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs to success.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using program management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, and other relevant software.
