📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a culturally sensitive manner
- Oversee employee development programs and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
