• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in plant management.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TPM) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
