📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate between audit teams, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal control systems.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance and security teams.
- Ensure that all branches and departments adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with compliance software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
