📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Endpoint Security & XDR products.
  • Drive the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Represent Elastic at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through effective product management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Proven experience in leading product teams and driving product innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and emerging threats.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for industry events and meetings.
