📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals
• Manage the HRIS using BambooHR to streamline HR processes
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Facilitate employee development through training and mentorship programs
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using BambooHR and other HR software
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of driving organizational success through effective HR practices
