📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage production equipment, including but not limited to mixing machines, packaging lines, and quality control tools.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or Oracle to manage production data and reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to develop and implement production improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with production planning and control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
