📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC bending machines, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of metal parts produced through the bending process.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC bending machines.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Document production processes and maintain detailed records of machine performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Bending Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience with CNC bending machines and programming software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Certification in CNC programming or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
