📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Fabric.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data validation and cleansing processes.
• Optimize data processing and storage solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
• Stay updated with the latest data engineering trends and technologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
• Document data processes and create comprehensive data dictionaries for easy reference.
• Participate in code reviews and best practices to maintain high standards of code quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on ETL processes.
• Proficient in Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Fabric, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
