📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily field activities, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of field workers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Implement best practices in crop management and pest control.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor and report on crop health, yield, and resource usage to senior management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior field workers on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with agricultural experts to develop and implement new farming techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
