As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for our elderly patients. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of elderly patients to determine their mobility, pain levels, and overall functional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for elderly patients.
- Document all patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately and efficiently using our electronic health records system.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in elderly care and physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development.

๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in elderly care.
- Certification in elderly care or geriatric physiotherapy is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for elderly care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with elderly patients and their families.
