📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to integrate MEP systems into overall project design.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and audits.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
