As a Mid-Level SAP C4C Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP C4C modules, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring the successful deployment of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and configure SAP C4C modules according to client requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Document technical processes and create user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP C4C developments and industry trends.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in SAP SD/C4C consulting or a similar role.
• Certification in SAP SD/C4C (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SD or SAP C4C) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP C4C modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Interaction.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
