📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office to streamline order processing and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure order fulfillment meets their expectations.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth material flow.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
